Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Wellnesshot, we want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind about an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Sealed and unused products

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, injectable products, opened products and products where the seal or packaging has been broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we are legally required to accept the return.

Where a return is permitted, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographs of the packaging/product where appropriate

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Faulty products

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us promptly with details of the issue.

We will assess the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time taken for the money to appear in your account can depend on your bank or payment provider.

Products with short expiry dates

Please check the expiry information supplied with your product.

We cannot accept returns simply because a customer has failed to store a product correctly or has allowed a product to expire after delivery.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
